Healthier Cat terms of use

These terms cover your use of the Healthier Cat app, published by Joao Vitor Humenhuk Achutti, a sole trader, 38 Allenby Street, Tel Aviv-Jaffa 6332512, Israel.

What Healthier Cat is

Healthier Cat helps you record and organize care for your cat and share it with the people who help. It is not veterinary advice, a diagnosis or an emergency service. Its warnings and guides are prompts to talk with your vet, and your vet's instructions always come first. In an emergency, contact a veterinarian.

Free and paid use

One cat's essential care is free with no time limit. Free features include medicines, reminders, care plans, Journal, refill estimates, the care passport, visit preparation, and the one-page 30-day vet report. Healthier Cat Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. It adds comparisons, expanded visit exports, personal-baseline prompts, longer reports, smart logging, lab scanning, weekly summaries, new document attachments, sitter features, and more cats.

Subscriptions

Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings on your device. Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial.

If a subscription ends

Creating new Pro outputs and using Pro tools require an active subscription. Your existing records remain readable. The free features, data backup, care passport, and one-page report keep working.

Your content

What you put into Healthier Cat is yours. It is stored on your device and, if you share or sync it, in your own iCloud account. The publisher claims no rights over it and does not hold a copy.

Refunds

Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store. Write to healthiercat@humenhuk.com if something has gone wrong and we will help where we can.

Liability

Healthier Cat is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, liability is limited to the amount you have paid for Healthier Cat in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
