Healthier Cat privacy policy

Healthier Cat does not collect your data. There is no analytics, no advertising, no behavioral tracking and no third-party software development kit in the app. Nobody working on Healthier Cat can see what you enter.

Where your information is kept

Everything you enter is stored on your device. If iCloud sync is on, it is also stored in your private iCloud database, which only you can read. If you share a cat, that cat's records are visible to the people you invite. Healthier Cat has no server of its own.

What is stored

Your cats' details and health records: conditions, medicines and doses, logs, lab results, vet visits, questions, contacts for your care team, documents and photos you add, care plans and completion history, sitter dates, and the name you choose to show next to your entries. Your visit packing checklist is a local preference on this device. The camera is used only when you take a photo, and photos you choose are kept with your cat's records. Reading sentences, photos and lab reports with Apple Intelligence happens on your device.

When you export or share

A care passport, vet report, visit pack, or backup includes the records you select. A PDF is a snapshot and does not update when care changes. Anyone you send a file to can read or retain it. Password protection is available for JSON backups. Delete exported files from their destination separately when you no longer need them.

Payment

Purchases are handled by Apple. Healthier Cat never sees your payment details. The app uses verified purchase records to check subscription access.

Deleting everything

Settings in Healthier Cat has a "Delete all data" control that removes every cat you own from your device and your iCloud, including for people you shared with. Cats shared with you are removed from your device only. Deleting the app also removes its local data.

Who is responsible

The controller of any personal data described here is Joao Vitor Humenhuk Achutti, a sole trader, 38 Allenby Street, Tel Aviv-Jaffa 6332512, Israel. You can ask what is held, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or complain, by writing to healthiercat@humenhuk.com. You can also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or to the data protection authority where you live.
