Get help with Healthier Cat

Add your cat, choose what they're being treated for and pick any daily medicines. Then open each medicine on Today and set the dose exactly as your vet prescribed.

Open Care, then Care plan. Add a task, choose a date and repeat schedule and add instructions from your veterinarian. Reminders are optional. Mark a task complete when the care has happened. Journal includes the completion time and caregiver.

Open Journal to search observations, doses, visits, lab results, medicine changes, documents and completed care tasks. Use a category and date filter to narrow the history.

Open Care, then Visit preparation. Save your questions and review recent observations. Use the packing checklist before you leave. The free report is available on this screen. Pro creates an expanded visit pack with additional pages when needed. Comparisons in Trends describe logged observations around a selected change. They do not measure treatment efficacy.

Open Care, then Refill center. Record the quantity on hand and the stock units used for one full dose. For example, one half-tablet dose uses 0.5 tablets. The forecast follows the medicine's saved schedule and recorded doses. Update stock when you refill it. Confirm prescription deadlines with your veterinarian or pharmacy.

Open Care, then Care passport. Review the details before creating the PDF. Update identity, allergies, diet, medicines and contacts in Care. The PDF is a dated snapshot. Confirm recent doses directly with the caregiver and check the live record before giving medicine.

Open Care, tap the row that starts with "Share" and your cat's name, then tap Invite someone. The people you invite see and log everything for that cat. To give a sitter access for set dates, open the person's options and choose "Make a sitter, for a set time". Sharing needs iCloud sync to be on. Changes appear after synchronization. A sitter's end date takes effect when the owner's app next checks access with iCloud. Check the participant list to confirm removal when access needs to end.

That's the double-dose check. If someone logged the same medicine recently, Healthier Cat shows who and when before logging another. Only log another if you're sure a second dose was given.

Check that Reminders is on in Healthier Cat's Settings and that notifications are allowed for Healthier Cat in your iPhone's Settings. A reminder for a dose someone else already logged is removed once their entry reaches your iPhone.

These use Apple Intelligence on your iPhone when it's available. Without it, Healthier Cat uses its built-in reader, and you choose what a photo shows. You always check entries before they're saved.

Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Select Healthier Cat Pro to manage or cancel it. When it ends, every record stays yours. Existing records remain readable, and the free features keep working. Creating advanced Pro outputs requires an active subscription.

In Healthier Cat, open Settings and tap "Delete all data". Read the confirmation before continuing. Deletion cannot be undone.
