These terms cover your use of the HealthierCat app, published by Joao Vitor Humenhuk Achutti, a sole trader, 38 Allenby Street, Tel Aviv-Jaffa 6332512, Israel.
HealthierCat helps you record and organize care for your cat and share it with the people who help. It is not veterinary advice, a diagnosis or an emergency service. Its warnings and guides are prompts to talk with your vet, and your vet's instructions always come first. In an emergency, contact a veterinarian.
Caring for one cat is free with no time limit. HealthierCat Pro, an auto-renewing subscription, adds early warnings, the vet report, smart logging, lab scanning, weekly summaries, documents, sitter mode and more than one cat. The one-page vet report is free.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings on your device. Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial.
The Pro features stop. Your records, charts and exports stay available, and the free features keep working.
What you put into HealthierCat is yours. It is stored on your device and, if you share or sync it, in your own iCloud account. The publisher claims no rights over it and does not hold a copy.
Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store. Write to healthiercat@humenhuk.com if something has gone wrong and we will help where we can.
HealthierCat is provided as it is. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, liability is limited to the amount you have paid for HealthierCat in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
